Off Plan Hub ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Off Plan Hub mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

Off Plan Hub is a real estate browsing application that allows users to explore off-plan properties, view project details, and connect with real estate agents. The App does not require user registration or login to use. Account creation is entirely optional and is not needed to browse properties or use the core features of the App.

No Mandatory Data Collection: You can use the App to browse properties, view project details, and explore listings without providing any personal information or creating an account.
Optional Account Information: If you choose to create an account, you may provide a phone number for authentication purposes only. This information is used solely to verify your identity and is not shared with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Device Permissions (Only When You Grant Access):
- Location (Optional): If you grant permission, we use your location only to show properties near you and display them on the map. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. The App works fully without location access.
- Camera (Optional): Used only when you choose to take a photo for your profile. Never accessed without your explicit action.
- Photo Library (Optional): Used only when you choose to select a photo for your profile or save a property image. Never accessed without your explicit action.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Display properties and projects relevant to your location (if location permission is granted)
- Provide customer support when you reach out to us
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Maps to display property locations on the map. When you use map features, your interaction with the map is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. No personal data is sent to Google beyond what is necessary to display the map.
6. Data Storage and Security
Any information you provide is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
If you create an optional account, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your data within 30 days. If you do not create an account, no personal data is stored.
